The man is flung backwards on stage ... falls, gets up immediately, dusts himself, turns aside, reflects.
A little tree descends from the flies, lands. It has a single bough some three yards from the ground and at it�s summit a meagre tuft of palms casting a shadow at it�s foot a circle of shadow.
A tiny carafe, to which is attached a huge label inscribed WATER, descends from flies, comes to rest some 3 yards from ground.
A native of North Carolina, I received my BA in Architecture from the School of Design at North Carolina State University. I then lived and worked in New York City where I founded Charles H.Winecoff & Associates. I moved to Santa Fe in 2005 to pursue painting full-time.. From age seven until college, I took private art instruction, mostly in the ‘classical’ style, from a variety of teachers. In the School of Design, I studied painting under Duncan Stuart and Manuel Bromberg, sculpture under Roy Gussow and photography under Sam Rosenberg.
