About Charles Winecoff

Charles Winecoff

A native of North Carolina, I received my BA in Architecture from the School of Design at North Carolina State University. I then lived and worked in New York City where I founded Charles H.Winecoff & Associates. I moved to Santa Fe in 2005 to pursue painting full-time.. From age seven until college, I took private art instruction, mostly in the ‘classical’ style, from a variety of teachers. In the School of Design, I studied painting under Duncan Stuart and Manuel Bromberg, sculpture under Roy Gussow and photography under Sam Rosenberg. My work has been exhibited in New York City, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, North Carolina and New Mexico. I have received a number of awards in juried shows such as: The...
